About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our field service operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing field technicians, optimizing service delivery, and implementing best practices in service execution. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of field service technicians
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee field service activities and assignments.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues.
  • Maintain inventory of service tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service eƯiciency and customer
    satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field service management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of field service tools, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field (preferred).
