About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Field Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite installation, maintenance, an troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, and hardware at client locations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, customer-focused, and able to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems (hardware, networking, software).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, routers, switches, and servers.
• Provide support for CCTV, biometric systems, and other tech infrastructure (if applicable).
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and client communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain inventory and track tools and equipment.
• Educate clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field support or IT technician experience.
• Good knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, cabling, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with surveillance/CCTV, access control systems, or VoIP.
• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+
• Knowledge of ITIL or ticketing systems.
