About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Equipment Presales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs—driving sales through engaging marketing strategies and impactful presales support. You will play a key role in promoting our IT products and solutions while supporting clients and the sales team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose suitable IT
    equipment solutions.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, brochures, and digital content.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and lead
    generation.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical documentation.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in presales, marketing, or IT product sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware and networking products.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to create technical proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with brands like Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.
  • Certification in IT (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) or marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
